After your first visit in person, we can set up secure remote access on your device. From then on, many software problems can be solved in a quick call — no waiting, no visit needed.

At your homeSetup work, training, smart home installs, streaming & TV help, and most troubleshooting are handled right there in your home. You're back up and running before we're done.
On-siteRepairs that need more than an hour — data recovery, OS reinstalls, deep cleanups, hardware work — come back to the workshop. Your device gets focused, uninterrupted attention and comes back ready to go, often at a lower price. Pickup and return delivery are both included at no extra charge.
Off-siteAurora Computer Care is locally owned and operated right here in Aurora — no call centers, no corporate scripts, no runaround. Every visit is scheduled and confirmed ahead of time, and you'll always know who's coming and when.
